Las Brisas condominiums deemed safe for resident re-entry.

The City of New Smyrna Beach has announced that the Chief Building Official received an engineer’s letter and inspection report stating the two easterly oceanfront buildings of Las Brisas condominiums at 3001 S. Atlantic Avenue are structurally sound and safe for occupancy.
The unsafe building posting is revoked, and residents can return to their property.
