Awards presentation at 5 pm. Fun for kids and grown-ups! Create your masterpiece along the Canal Street sidewalks. The chalk art competition is a collaboration of The Hub on Canal, The City of New Smyrna Beach, and The Canal Street Historic District. Judging and cash awards!
