The Oceania Beach Club is a direct oceanfront complex with a great oceanfront pool, large pool deck, and picnic area. There are coin-operated laundry facilities onsite and a recreation room with a pool table and computer for those needing to print boarding passes. Guests are within walking distance of the popular Flagler Avenue which features area shops, boutiques, art galleries, one-of-a-kind restaurants, and the area's nightlife. Also within walking distance is Detweiler Park with features a playground, tennis, and basketball courts.

The guest must be 25 years of age or older and willing to sign Ocean Properties Rental Agreement. Please see the policies for agreement details.
